Performance management is a process by which managers and employees work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives and overall contribution to the organization. More than just an annual performance review, performance management is the continuous process of setting objectives, assessing progress and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure that employees are meeting their objectives and career goals

We assist companies in translating clearly defined strategic objectives into a compelling vision statement. A mission statement aligned to the vision is subsequently developed, for execution by employees.


A company needs a set of shared values to guide behavior and decision-making. This creates the culture or “personality” of a company i.e. “the way we do things here”. We facilitate a collaborative process of value determination, ensuring buy-in and commitment of all employees.
